Where will the sessions be?We can discuss where is appropriate to undertake our work together, mostly our work is carried out online from the comfort of your home at a time that suits you. However, we can also arrange in person sessions should you prefer.

Charlie
Sport Psychologist
Charlie is the lead consultant at CM Performance and is based in Manchester. He is a practising Sport Psychologist who is passionate about helping you reach your sporting and personal potential.

He is experienced at providing psychological support to players, coaches and teams, working at clubs throughout the football league, from League 2 to the Premier League.
​
Beyond football, he provides psychological support to a range of athletes in various sports at the amateur, national and international level.
He is a HCPC registered Sport Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and also has an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology (Loughborough University) and an a BSc in Psychology (University of Leeds). ​
​
His own sporting background is in playing, competing and coaching in a variety of sports including Football, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Snowboarding and Climbing. He also enjoys strength training, running and hiking.
